President - Dan Cunningham

     Dan started working at the City of Blaine in 1981 locating water, sewer, and electric as a Public Works Officer. Working his way up over 16 years he was promoted to Public Works Supervisor in 1997. In that role, Dan supervised the staff in all aspects of utilities including training and overseeing utility locates.
     In 2003, looking for a change of scenery, he moved to work for the City of Champlin in their Utility Department. For the past four years, his main role has been locating City owned utilities such as electric, gas, phone, cable, fiber, water, and sewer.
     Dan received his Public Works Certificate from North Hennepin Community College.
     In all, Dan has over 26 years of utility locating experience.

Chief Financial Officer - Brenda Cunningham     

     Brenda has been involved with business finance for more than 27 years. Beginning with two successful businesses (home childcare and portrait negative retouching), and followed by Utility Billing and Payroll with the City of Champlin for the past 23 years. She has lived most of her life in Anoka County (Coon Rapids), and has been at the same address since 1980.
     Brenda became a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) in April 2006.
